Launchers Academy is a training program that teaches you how to start and scale your own online ecommerce store using only free traffic from Google. It’s creator, Christian Tuner, used to have an eight figure drop shipping brand he was able to grow organically on Shopify without spending any money on marketing or advertising. He now makes millions selling his course, Launchers Academy, which has more than ten thousand members worldwide. Read on for my review.
How does Launchers Academy work?
Step one, find a product thats already selling well on Amazon. You want something with good demand (aka lots of sales) but not so much competition (so its easier to rank). Something thats lightweight enough to ship by Amazon FBA; not too big or heavy to deal with manually. Also, it should be easy to use and set up your own website around.
Step two, source the product in bulk at a significant discount. Say you get five hundred units for ninety-seven bucks per unit. Thats a nice little saving right there. But if you can do even better, consider yourself lucky. Now run the numbers. If youre paying just seven dollars per hour for labor, you’ll need to make back four times what you paid for the product before passing those savings onto your customers. Otherwise, you’ll lose money overall. So keep that in mind as you go through each step.
Third, pick some niches where you think you might actually stand a chance. Dont overthink this. Just take your top three products and throw them into a hat. Finally, fourth and final, create your own private label brand around these products. A name, logo, packaging, everything. Then drive traffic to your Shopify site via Facebook ads. From there, sell directly to consumer. No middleman. And then rinse and repeat, scaling up your winning dropshipping brands until they become multi-million dollar businesses.
What are students saying?
One guy did just that. He started out with zero money, no connections, and nothing else to show for himself other than a few grand in credit card debt. After enrolling in Launchers Academy, though, he went straight to number one on Amazons first page when searching for a keyword related to his niche. Within thirty days of launching his new store, he had done six million in revenue. Incredible! Another student, who launched under the mentorship of Scott Bauer, also did very well. They got their first sale within twenty-four hours of going live. Two weeks later, that customer returned and spent another forty K on additional inventory.
How much does Launchers Academy cost?
There used to be a price listed on their website, but Im guessing they took it down because of all the complaints I saw when browsing Reddit and Quora. The consensus seems to be that Launchers Academy costs between fifteen to twenty grand plus ad spend. Some people said they were offered a free month after submitting payment details, but once inside, you’ll be pitched a variety of different high-level coaching programs that could easily add up to tens of thousands of dollars more.
I don’t know. It just doesnt seem like Christians making bank doing what’s best for his students anymore. Seems more like a predatory business model than anything. For example, look at all the YouTube videos promoting Launchers Academy 2.0. Yeah, we’ve all been waiting patiently for it since 2017, but cmon. Do you really believe anyone would pay anywhere near twenty Gs to learn how to dropship? I doubt that very seriously. Which is why I can’t recommend or respect this guys or gal.
